What equipment do I need to use your service?
First and foremost, you will need to have fast internet speed (of at least 15 Mbps download speed). Our application can be installed on either an Amazon Fire TV Stick, or an Android TV Box.
We typically carry Amazon Fire TV Sticks 4k Max (the latest version) in stock.
How many channels are there?
We have over 3,000 channels from the US, CA & UK, including all sporting events and PPV events, at no additional cost.
We also provide you will a Netflix type experience with our video-on-demand servers that currently have over 15,000 Movies and over 6,500 TV Series.
Where does your service work?
Although we are headquartered in Mexico, our service can be used anywhere in the world!
You will need an Amazon Fire TV Stick (or compatible device), decent internet download speed (15 Mbps), electricty and a television with an HDMI port.
Our service is very portable when you might go on vacation or are out of town.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we have never required any kind of a contract.
However, if you prepay for 6 months service, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated services for unused months, according to our Terms of Service.
How do I order?
Simple! Just scroll up to our Lakeside Stream Perfect Plans and select how many months you would like. 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.
Complete the form and you will have access to the install instructions. Once you have our software installed, email us to request your management code.
What payments methods can I use?
We currently accept all major credit / debit cards, as well and PayPal and Zelle.
We can also accept Cryptocurrency. Please contact us for more information on this payment method.
How many devices can I use?
You can use up to six devices simultaneous at your residence.
Can I friend use my account?
Unfortunately, no. Sharing your account with a friend is against our Terms of Service, and your service will be terminated.
