When can I cancel service?
Since our service is prepaid, your service will be cancelled as soon as your subscription expires. If you wish to activate again, there are no activation fees as you will just pay for the subscription fees. If you pay, please advise us via email at [email protected]
How do I make payment?
They are several ways to make a payment: if you are in Mexico and wish to pay in pesos you can pay in "OXXO" or "7 Eleven" to Bancomer account number "4152-3132-1459-5527" using the exchange rate posted on our website. This exchange rate changes each month. If you wish to pay in dollars, you can use our paypay gateway to make your payment.
Does Lakeside Stream offer refunds?
Since this is a pre-paid service and we pass the amouont directly to our provider, we cannot offer refunds once the account has been activated, so all sales are final.
How do I renew my subscription?
You can use the same payment system in our gateway just make sure you select the right amount you are paying.
What do I do if made a payment for a new subscription or renewal and haven’t received a confirmation?

Can equipment be leased?

When I move, can service be moved with me?
Yes, the Service does not work with a specific IP so it doesn't matter where you move -- your service will keep working. Just make sure you have a minimum internet speed of 3MB
How do I add the your app to my Device?
We will install it for you, Once you have purchased a subcription you will reveive an email with instructions.
Why can't I see subtitles on my Device?
It will depend on the service you purchased, Only spanish subtitles can be added to movies. There is no is not CC for Live Channels
I see an error message in one of my streaming channels, what can I do?
Our providers support team is always on the watch, you don’t need to report the problem. It usually takes less than an hour to fix. Please be patient.
Does your app work in other countries?
Yes, it does not need a special IP address or VPN to work. You can take it to any country and still have service. Just make sure you have a minimum internet speed of 3MB, you may require more speed for HD channels and HD movies.

Can I use the app service on multiple Devices?
Yes, it can be used up to 3 devices on the same house. Since the app detects the ip address it will know when devices are conceted in the same house.
